I bought a game used Ian white jersey. It is a 2008/09 Set 2 away jersey. I am looking to photo match it. I have looked at all the photos on the Leaf site but it does not go that far back.

here are pics of it. I believe the blue mark must of come from the last few games the jersey was used. I believe it is from the dasher boards. These are the last teams played in that set of jersey.

Can't see the mark... But, I hope this one helps you... It looks to me (as I did some of my own, in my younger years) that it could also be some kind of blue ink, used in autograph signings...? When you do a wash after, it can sometimes alter the color and change the size of the stain.. Just a thought...

i believe it is from those games because the arenas have blue boards. the jersey was worn 13 times.

the blue could be from a stick. I did see a few pics before these games and didn't find any pics with that mark.
