Well... I know it's draft lottery time, the regular NHL Season is over & a lot of people are getting ready for the Playoffs, but... the IIHF Women's Hockey Championships are on TSN today..., from South Burlington, Vermont ( Canada wins 14-1 over Russia) and there are about 50 freakin'' people in the whole arena audience..?!!! I bet if you had the whole audience stand around rink level, there wasn't enough to make a complete circle..?!!!

What the heck is up with that, Canada..?!! Do we not support all our hockey teams, anymore..?

A TWO hour drive from Montreal... and a FOUR hour drive from Ottawa... Sure.., it's Tuesday.., just after Easter weekend, but holy smokes...!! Don't the parents of the team members even go and watch the games..?

I'm sorry.., but I feel REALLY PISSED about this..!! JUst a terrible thing to hear the Canadian National Anthem played after Canada's win & hear almost silence..!

You'd think there would be a little more support for our Women's Team..? Sure... the USA Team is very strong this year, but ...

"Get some people on buses there for the our next game, Prime Minister Harper..!!"

By the way, Guys... There isn't suppose to be contact in Women's hockey... Russia player takes hits on THREE of our team members in the final minutes.. and then a "fight" breaks out..??!! What kind of officiating is that..?!!

If I was a Montreal resident & had the day off, I would have rented a couple of buses and brought a arena full of canadians down there... Maybe somebody in Montreal will read this & do it..? I felt SO SAD for the Canadian Team..

Seer I agree,but even in the U.S.womens hockey is not popular as it should be.I dont know would be a fix for this.Maybe more coverage by sports television and radio.The only time I see it on tv is when it is the olympics,buy the way great win on the Canada womens olympic team.

I agree with you, Seer. More attention needs to be given to all of our Canadian teams. Not just NHL teams.

The sadder thing is... The Women's Team won this tournament.. and still no one said anything about it..
