This is one of the weirdest stanley cup match ups of all time. I'm not all that sure who picked either of these teams to go all the way, or as favorites. Whoever did looks like a genius at this point. It's really hard to pick a favorite here. The devils are playing well, they use a stingy defensive strategy (ie)n the trap, but now they are more dangerous than ever in recent years because they can score as well and fast or first and enough, that they can take over and dictate the flow of the game to their advantage. They are a much trickier team to play against than meets the eye.

What can you say about LA? Certainly this was not foreseen by too many, but they have god goaltending, and some dynamic forwards like richards, kopitar, brown, etc. They are a force to be reckoned with, so obviously something has to give, it's the stanley cup, someone has to win the big prize, who will it be?

I'm going to go with my gut and heart and say New Jersey will win it. I do think this could go all the way down to the wire though and why not it's the stanley cup make it count make it fun. I like brodeur and he is playing well and feeling great. I say New Jersey in Seven!

I'm going with LA on this one, they have been knocking off top seeds and have been dominating on the road. Mind you New Jersey has been playing extremely well but what the H E double hockey sticks  the Kings have never won it so why not?
