Kessel - Bozak - Lupul (until we find someone better then Bozak)
JVR - Grabovski - Macarthur/Frattin
D'amgio - McClement - Kulemin (Nice checking line)
Leo Komarov - Steckel - Brownie
Extras: A big Goon to fight against teams that push us around, Lombardi
Get rid of: Connolly
Philly didn't try JVR as 2nd or 3rd line centre, so I doubt he could be a 1st line centre, but you never know. IF we try it then...

Kulemin is relentless along the boards, surprised he was left out of your line up, even if he can't find his scoring touch again he's still a very good player, whos also big and strong.

Frattin, kadri, Ashton
Brown, steckel, Komarov.
Maybe mclement as a spare.
If we went with that line up...I'd be happy win or lose.
We gotta play the young guys if they're gonna get to the next level.

You forgot kulemin.
Connolly is being shopped.
Colbourne has a shot.
Frattin will not be a forth linner.
Jvr is a winger.
Lombardi is gonna be bought out or traded unless he has an amazing training camp.
Jvr did play C for a bit before yo.

Also assuming mac, connolly and lombo are all gone. Although I would like colborne to get a shot however its difficult to put him into a top 6 role which I don't think he's ready for
Defence? we need excessive changes lol

JVR could take the point on the pp sure. But do not expect him to be there to start the season!

I'm going by acquisitions and recent signings. Why wouldnt frattin, hamilton, komarov and jvr be in the line-up if they were all signed right? Some good possibilities to consider: D'amigo, Kadri, Mueller, Ziggy, Blacker, Holzer.
Defense:
Phaneuf, Liles
Franson, Gardiner
Gunarsson, Komisarek/Holzer
Blacker, Lashoff, etc.
I think we may be able to find a taker for Tim C. MacA maybe expendable with jvr and frattin aboard and even more so if kadri makes it too. Lombardi is not likely to see much action now that we have mcclement. Lombardi could be traded as well.

Let them play for the spots this year and let them play all season. Maybe we will tank and land Nathan McKinnon in next years draft. With torontos draft luck we will probably won't win the lottery anyways. They should have built it right since 2004 but gave picks to get vets. Sux to be a leaf fan right now.
